By accessing and using stackzon.com and any associated subdomains or platform services (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our Service.

Description of Service

Stackzon provides custom software development, automation systems, digital tools, and platform services. Access to certain features and tools within the platform requires account registration and may be subject to additional terms specific to those services.

For custom software developed under a client agreement, intellectual property ownership is governed by the specific terms of that agreement.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackzon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
